Smart Toilets Unified Platform

Since 2019, we’ve served as the prime contractor for designing and building over 16 smart public toilets for the Hong Kong Government as one of the driving force for Hong Kong Smart City Blueprint 2.0. Our IoT solutions help property management teams streamline operations and enhance user experience—without the need for heavy infrastructure investment. By using our services, installation can be snap-n-go. Besides, IT knowledge is not required and can be handled by regular staffs.

Carbon Management Initiatives

Carbon reduction is a key focus at Pak Shek Kok Public Toilet and Lai Chi Wo Eco-Smart Public Toilet. Through the use of:

• AIPV solar panels
• Energy and water meters
• Smart fans and lighting controls

We’re able to track carbon footprint and actively reduce emissions using intelligent automation.
